The Naughty Dietitian is a food blog dedicated to sharing delicious gluten free recipes that can be enjoyed by everyone.

I began sharing my love for baking in 2013. At the time it was a space to escape my work life as a Clinical Dietitian. I might call myself the “Naughty Dietitian” but my philosophy is “that it’s perfectly OK to have treats every now and then”. Dietitians love baked goods too!

Why are majority of my recipes gluten free you ask? I’m gluten intolerant and have been following a gluten free diet for over 15 years. This doesn’t mean my recipes lack flavour or texture. Even those who normally consume gluten can enjoy my recipes. Most of the time you can simply substitute the gluten free flour for normal flour and the recipes will be just as delicious.

Outside of baking I’m passionate about travelling, winter sports and have a caffeine obsession. I also love spending time with my gorgeous family. My husband Jesse – my resident photography/taste tester – and my adorable 2 kids Lyla and Ollie.
