With Easter just around the corner there is no better time to make these Gluten Free Decadent Chocolate Brownies! They’re truly the BEST gluten free brownies I have EVER tasted and make for a fabulous Easter gift.
The original recipe comes from Kirsten Tibballs “Chocolate” Cookbook which I slightly modified and adapted to be gluten free. I also need to give credit to my husband for making this week’s recipe. He has been nothing short of amazing lately, cooking, cleaning and caring for both Lyla and myself while I’ve been struck down with a back injury.
Fingers crossed I will be on the mend soon and back in the kitchen! Thanks for stopping by, The Naughty Dietitian.
I’m a big believer in telling your loved ones how much they mean to you every day, rather than on a designated day once a year. BUT, I still celebrate Valentines Day. Call it a hazard of growing up working in a florist.
So what better way to celebrate Valentines Day with a special someone than by baking these Red Velvet Brownie Bites?! I know red velvet isn’t the “trendy” flavour at the moment, but it is the go-to for Valentines Day being red and all.
I also distinctly remember baking red velvet cupcakes for Jesse when we had just started dating, so it’s a flavour I always think of when it comes to love. Might I add, it’s pretty damn tasty too!
If you like these red velvet brownies you might also like my Red Velvet Cheesecake, or for something not red velvet flavoured, what about my Linzer Cookies in a love heart shape?
Thanks for stopping by and Happy Valentines Day for Sunday! xoxo
Nutella has been such a big hit these past 12 months, so I finally got on the bandwagon and made these Gluten Free Nutella Brownies, after a little nudge from my nutella loving husband of course!
The recipe comes from Nigella Lawson’s latest book, Simply Nigella and required zero modifications to be Gluten Free. Added bonus, the recipe only requires 4 ingredients (3 if you omit the icing sugar for decoration) and is super quick to make.
Perfect sneaky morning treat, or in my case, to take to my first mothers group.
In case you didn’t eat enough chocolate during the easter break (is that possible?) I thought I’d share with you one of my favourite brownie recipes, these Gluten Free Walnut White Chocolate Brownies.
I often bake these brownies for work meetings or afternoon tea with friends. Perfect for those that like a little texture to their brownies rather than a cake-like batter. You will be in heaven with just one small bite. Continue reading →
These Gluten Free Cacao Brownies are jam packed full of flavour, don’t require any baking and are healthy to boot. Perfect for when you’re craving something sweet!
Not sure about you, but I tend to crave healthy treats after all the Christmas and New Year festivities. I guess a few too many pieces of Christmas pudding and cake and a handful of cocktails will do that to you.
Thanks for stopping by and also to my sister for the original recipe. xoxo
