  1. Hi Amanda,

Happy New Year to you and your little family. Hope all is going well. I must comment on your Christmas Cake – Wow that looks incredible and I can only imagine that it tasted just as delicious.

It can be articles / posts which could be of interest to our followers ( we have a reach of 1090 ) Subject matter may include : diet / food / exercise / healthy living / well being / healthcare / sports / lifestyle / hobbies / knitting / quilting / therapy pets / chooks/ photography etc. But gearing up towards wellness, wellbeing, looking after self etc

Let me know if you are interested and I can send through more info…have a lovely day. Here’s the link to our page : https://www.facebook.com/BrainLinkServicesLtd/

  2. Hey Amanda,
I love your blog – from a bakers perspective and just fun to read. Great pictures too!
If you are ever in Montreal, (Cuz I don’t know where you are) drop by our bakery, or if you are far away and busy being a mom, visit our online store:

    Cheers to you!

    • Hi Mimi! Thanks so much for your kind words. It’s always nice to hear people enjoying my blog. It’s all just a bit of fun for me when I’m not busy working as a Dietitian or looking after my little one. I live in Melbourne so a little far from you. My husband and I have actually visited your bakery though in Montreal. We stopped by whilst on our Honeymoon in March 2014 and loved your gluten free Baguettes for lunch. I will have to check out your online store now and hope to visit again in the not too distant future. We loved Canada. Kind regards, Amanda

  3. Hi again,
I remember you guys! I believe your husband came in without you first, as you were shopping on Bernard street. And then he came back with you! That’s so cool and crazy. Hope to see you again sooner than later –
    Keep smiling,
    Mimi

  4. Hi Amanda,

Suzanne and I are searching for a great hot cross bun recipe that’s gluten free, and we were hoping you could point us in the right direction. That is if you don’t have one yourself.

Is it too cheeky to ask to be the taste testers for your ventures into hot cross buns?

    Lots of Easter love,
    Elanie and Suzanne.

    • Happy Easter Elaine and Suzanne! Would love to hear if found any great GF Hot Cross Bun recipes for Easter in the end? I’m afraid I’m still on the quest to find the perfect GF hot cross bun recipe (despite trying a LOT). Maybe I just need to get back to baking and blogging and create my own! Kind regards, Amanda xo
