About 2 years ago I rediscovered my love for peanut butter and baking every peanut butter recipe I can get my hands on, including these amazing Flourless Peanut Butter Choc Chip Biscuits.
Peanut butter and honey on toast remains my all time favourite way to eat peanut butter but these Peanut Butter Choc Chip Biscuits come in as a very close second. They only require 5 ingredients with the recipe taking less than 30 minutes to make from start to finish! If you’re looking for something quick to whip up before guests come over, they are the perfect treat. Quick to make and super tasty.
Hope you enjoy them as much as I do!
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup crunchy peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon bicarb soda
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- ¾ cup chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 200°C and line 3 trays with baking paper.
Place all ingredients into a medium size bowl and mix to combine. Roll a teaspoon of mixture into a ball and place 3cm apart on baking tray
- Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden. Leave on trays for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to completely cool.
