I made this Gluten Free Berry Walnut Slice for dessert at a family dinner a few weeks ago and it was a BIG hit! My family were sneaking in third and fourth helpings it was that good!!
It’s packed full of mixed berries and walnuts and topped with a gluten free crumble that is just heavenly. The recipe is so simple and quick to make, you truly cannot go wrong. You can also serve it in small or larger squares depending on how many guests you’re sharing it with.
In other news can you believe it is September already? Just a short but sweet post today. Hope you have a great weekend!
