White Chocolate Macadamia Biscuits Gluten Free

Gluten Free White Chocolate Macadamia Biscuits

These White Chocolate and Macadamia Biscuits are the BEST I have ever baked. Seriously.

It’s a big statement but I think they are my new favourite biscuit. They are really soft (which I love in a biscuit) and the combination of lemon, white chocolate and macadamia makes for an indulgent flavour.

I’d highly recommend you bake some!

Nutella and Chocolate Chip Biscuits Gluten Free

Nutella and Chocolate Chip Biscuits Gluten Free

I was in the mood to bake biscuits on the weekend, so continuing on with the nutella theme I decide to make these nutella and chocolate chip biscuits.

The original recipe is courtesy of Sally’s Baking Addiction (a favourite blog of mine) which I then modified to be gluten free and work with the ingredients in my cupboard.

Personally, I prefer peanut butter over nutella, but these biscuits are scrumptious!

Enjoy,

Traditional Gluten Free Gingerbread

Traditional Gluten Free Gingerbread

This Traditional Gluten Free Gingerbread is one of the many things I love about Christmas! Christmas has always been a special time of year for my family. It’s the one time of year we have the opportunity to spend the entire day together. Always a feat when you’re a part of a family of 7.

Apart from spending the day together, it’s all about the food and a little bit about the presents in my family. We have a traditional lunch, but my favourite part of the lunch is the treats that go with it. Treats such as Christmas pudding, fruit cake, cherries, a selection of nuts and of course gingerbread.

Gingerbread has to be my favourite. So I thought I would share my Gluten Free Gingerbread recipe with you all.

Hope you all have a very Merry Christmas!

Gluten Free Twix Biscuits

Gluten Free Twix Biscuits

These Gluten Free Twix Biscuits are a genius idea! They’re a shortbread biscuit topped with caramel and chocolate. Whilst I would like to take credit for the original “twix” cookie idea, I have to thank Pinterest for that.

I also have to thank my husband for making an excess amount of caramel (for another baking project) that just so happened to be free to use for these Gluten Free Twix Biscuits. He tells me the caramel recipe he used was a little time consuming so to save time I’ve suggested ready made caramel from the supermarket for these biscuits. They will be sure to taste just as good!

Gluten Free Coconut Macaroons

These Gluten Free Coconut Macaroons have to be the simplest and quickest biscuits to make. Really, how could you go wrong with only four ingredients?

It’s a recipe worth keeping up your sleeve for last minute guests or simply for an afternoon treat with your cup of tea or coffee. Thanks to the McGrath Foundation’s High Tea cookbook for the original recipe.

Happy Baking!
