Peanut Butter White Chocolate Blondies Gluten Free

Peanut Butter White Chocolate Blondies Gluten Free

These Gluten Free Peanut Butter White Chocolate Blondies are the perfect treat for morning or afternoon tea this Mother’s Day!

They’re super quick to make, taste heavenly and only require one bowl for mixing, so what’s not to love? If you’re looking to impress your Mum with something a little different I’d also highly recommend my Lemon Curd Cheesecake or Pecan Blondies. Yum!

Although I don’t get the chance to celebrate with Mum this weekend, I’ll be sending her these treats to enjoy while she’s busy creating floral arrangements for all the other Mums out there to enjoy.

Wishing you all a lovely Mother’s Day and weekend ahead!

Reese’s Peanut Butter Cookies Gluten Free

Reese's Peanut Butter Cookies Gluten Free

You can blame my husband for these Gluten Free Reese’s Peanut Butter Cookies. They are filled with Reese’s pieces, Reese’s peanut butter chips and chocolate chips. Yum!

They’re my 7th peanut butter related recipe on the blog but hey who’s counting? On a more serious note, I love baking biscuits as they are so quick and easy to make. I also love that you you get to eat them almost straight away. Talk about instant satisfaction!

These biscuits will certainly give you instant satisfaction but let me know if you have a recipe you would like me to make as I’m always open to suggestions. Once again, thanks for reading.

Peanut Butter Jam Drop Biscuits Gluten Free

Peanut Butter Jam Drop Biscuits Gluten Free

Today I’m sharing these Gluten Free Peanut Butter Jam Drop Biscuits.

I’m sure it comes as no surprise that a lot of my childhood memories involve food. I remember eating Nan’s Yo-Yo raw biscuit mixture out of the bowl and jam drop biscuits (just like my Blackberry Jam Drop Biscuits (Gluten Free)). So when I came across a peanut butter jam drop biscuits, I just knew I had to make them.

If you enjoy peanut butter you need to bake these biscuits. They have the perfect ratio of peanut butter and just melt in your mouth!

Thanks to the Food Fanatic website for the original recipe I then modified to be gluten free and contain less sugar.

Happy Wednesday folks,

The Naughty Dietitian

Nut Butter Balls Gluten Free

Nut Butter Balls (Gluten Free)

If you’re a serious peanut butter fan, you will love these no bake Gluten Free Nut Butter Balls!

I was experimenting with a new recipe following my success with the Orange Cacao Balls I made a few weeks back. Whilst I can’t claim they are as healthy as the orange cacao balls, they certainly taste just as good.

Filled with peanut & almond butter, walnuts, dates, cocoa/cacao powder, a splash of chia seeds and small amount of biscuits (for the crunch factor) they bring together that rich nut taste.

A worthy afternoon treat and slightly healthier than eating peanut butter straight from the jar…

Thanks for stopping by,
xoxo
